‘Raat akeli hai, bujh Gaye diye’, sounds sensuous right? However, the trailer of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte Netflix starrer Raat Akeli hai is everything but sensuous.

During the initial 30 seconds, the trailer looked like a rip off of the Daniel Craig, Chris Evans and Ana De Armas starrer Knives out since the basic theme of the story looks similar. But as the trailer moves on, you’ll see that the movie will be much more than that.

The story is of a high profile case of the mysterious death of a local politician, and it seems like that one of the family members may have committed the crime since each of them might have a hidden motive.

To open Pandora’s box comes in Inspector Jatil Yadav (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who wants to find out who the killer of the victim is and what is the reason behind it.

Raat Akeli Hai looks promising, the star cast is full of great actors, that will force you to take out some time and watch them perform. Hopefully, the movie will be as mysterious as the trailer is.
